4. Orders & Payment
• By placing an order, you’re making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability).
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
• We use secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we’ll assist where we can.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• It’s your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are accurate.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Return Policy, available on our website. That policy forms part of these Terms.
